My pops recently had brain surgery and was left with a massive scar on his hairline. Sarah, the stylist, understood and took the challenge. She cut and shaped his hair as if nothing had happened and restored confidence in the man. Thank you Sarah - I hope this message finds you

After initial complaint of a really bad haircut the manager said I had to come into the store for a refund . I did not want to go back as the employees are unprofessional at best . The owner finally called and said he would send me a refund and never did . This place is a joke and gives terrible service and messed up my hair . Literally the person cutting my hair put 2 , 1 inch bald spots on both sides of my head and then tried to hide the damage .
